Ayaan Hirsi Ali

Ayaan Hirsi Ali is a Somali-born Dutch-American activist, feminist, author, and former politician. She is known for her advocacy of women's rights and criticism of female genital mutilation and Islam. Her work includes the best-selling autobiography 'Infidel' and 'Heretic: Why Islam Needs a Reformation Now'. She has also established the AHA Foundation, which works to protect women from honor violence, forced marriages, and genital mutilation.
