Lord Byron

Lord Byron, born George Gordon Byron on January 22, 1788, was a prominent English poet and a leading figure in the Romantic movement. Known for his flamboyant lifestyle and scandalous affairs, Byron's most famous works include 'Childe Harold's Pilgrimage' and 'Don Juan.' His poetry is characterized by its expressive language and themes of rebellion against societal norms. He died on April 19, 1824, in Missolonghi, Greece, where he had gone to support the Greek War of Independence.
