Patricia MacLachlan

Patricia MacLachlan was an American children's book author, best known for her Newbery Medal-winning novel 'Sarah, Plain and Tall'. Her works often explore themes of family, childhood, and the prairie landscape. She was born on March 3, 1938, and passed away on March 31, 2022.
