Martha Wells

Martha Wells is an American speculative fiction writer, best known for her fantasy and science fiction novels. She has published a number of fantasy novels, short stories, and series, including the Books of the Raksura series. Wells gained wider recognition with her science fiction novella series, The Murderbot Diaries, featuring a self-aware security android. Her work has earned her several awards, including Hugo, Nebula, and Locus Awards.
