Tomi Ungerer
Tomi Ungerer was a French illustrator and writer, known for his prolific work in children's books, satirical cartoons, and provocative adult works. Born on November 28, 1931, in Strasbourg, France, he published over 140 books ranging from children's literature to adult-themed illustrations. His notable works include 'The Three Robbers', 'Moon Man', and 'Crictor'. Ungerer was also a campaigner for human rights and an advocate for European integration. He passed away on February 9, 2019.
