Lisa Tetzner

Lisa Tetzner (1894–1963) was a German-born Swiss children's author. She is best known for her work in children's literature and for being part of the New Objectivity literary movement. Tetzner's most famous work is the 'Die Schwarzen Brüder' series, which she wrote in collaboration with her husband, Kurt Kläber. Her books often dealt with social issues and were influenced by her experiences of the World Wars and her commitment to social justice.
