Oleg Sentsov
Oleg Sentsov is a Ukrainian filmmaker, writer, and activist. He gained international recognition for his imprisonment by Russian authorities on charges widely considered to be politically motivated. Sentsov was released in a prisoner swap in 2019 and continues to be an outspoken advocate for human rights and Ukrainian sovereignty.
