Christine Brooke-Rose

Christine Brooke-Rose (1923–2012) was a British writer and literary critic, known for her experimental novels and other works that playfully explore narrative form and language. She was a prominent figure in the British avant-garde literary scene. Her notable works include 'Out' (1964), 'Such' (1966), and 'Thru' (1975). Brooke-Rose also had a significant academic career, teaching at the University of Paris VIII and writing influential literary criticism.
