Habakkuk , Esv by Anonymous
A prophet challenges God about rampant injustice and violence, and God answers that He will raise the Babylonians to judge the nation. Troubled that a more wicked people will be used as instruments of judgment, the prophet hears that the righteous shall live by faith and that oppressors will face inevitable woes. It concludes with a prayer that recalls God’s past deliverance and resolves to rejoice and trust in Him even amid looming loss and hardship.
