In the climax of a citywide conspiracy, the vigilante unmasks Hush as his childhood friend Dr. Thomas Elliot while discovering that the Riddler, revitalized by a Lazarus Pit, orchestrated the scheme and deduced his secret identity. A surgically restored Harvey Dent intervenes and seemingly ends Hush’s threat, and Clayface’s earlier impersonation of Jason Todd is exposed. Though the plot is unraveled, lingering uncertainty and shaken trust lead him to end his fragile relationship with Catwoman.
