Jewish Christian Gospel Tradition by A.F.J. Klijn

This study collects and translates the fragmentary testimonies to the so‑called Jewish‑Christian gospels (of the Hebrews, Nazarenes, and Ebionites), offering a critical edition with commentary and analyzing their relationship to the canonical Gospels. It examines their Christology, attitudes toward Torah observance, and the communities that used them. Emphasizing methodological caution, it weighs whether these texts reflect adaptations of Matthew or later harmonizations and assesses what they can reveal about early Jewish‑Christianity.
