Redating The New Testament by James A. Robinson
A bold reassessment of New Testament chronology, arguing that most—if not all—of its documents were written before 70 CE. It builds the case from internal evidence such as the absence of references to the Temple’s destruction, the portrait of church structures, and the relationship between Acts and Paul’s letters, proposing earlier dates for the Gospels and other writings. The study challenges prevailing assumptions of late composition and invites a methodological reexamination of how dates are assigned.
