The Unlikely Pilgrimage Of Harold Fry by Joyce Rachel

The novel follows the journey of Harold Fry, a recently retired man living in a small English village, who embarks on an unexpected and transformative pilgrimage across the country. After receiving a letter from a former colleague, Queenie Hennessy, who is in hospice care, Harold impulsively decides to walk over 600 miles to deliver his response in person, believing that his journey will somehow save her. As he travels, Harold reflects on his life, confronts past regrets, and encounters a variety of characters who influence his understanding of love, redemption, and the power of human connection. Through this physical and emotional journey, Harold discovers a renewed sense of purpose and reconciliation with his own life and relationships.
