James Gunn

James Edwin Gunn was an American science fiction writer, editor, scholar, and anthologist. He was known for his contributions to the genre, including his work on the history and criticism of science fiction. Gunn was a professor emeritus of English at the University of Kansas, where he founded the Center for the Study of Science Fiction.
